Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests as they arrive and depart and offer baggage, package, grocery, parking, and information assistance.
• Assist residents and guests with baggage and package handling.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services; register guests; provide shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues for repair.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints and issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
