Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and assist with baggage, packages, parking, and information.
• Respond to inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints or issues.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
