Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and assist with baggage and packages.
• Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registrations, and directions.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues for repair.
• Resolve and follow-up on complaints/issues and ensure safety procedures.
