Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a customer-service oriented individual to greet residents and guests, assist with baggage and package handling, and provide information about services and local directions at a Fort Lauderdale property.

The role emphasizes strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and safety procedures. High school diploma or equivalent and a Florida driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests as they arrive and depart; assist with baggage, packages, groceries, and information.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
• Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints/issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
