FirstService Residential is seeking a customer-service oriented front desk associate in Fort Lauderdale, FL. You will greet residents and guests, assist with baggage and packages, and provide information on services, directions, and local amenities.

The role requires excellent communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage inquiries and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Full-time hours include evenings and weekends with benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver License.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Previous similar experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the needs of arriving and departing residents.
• Greets and assists residents and guests with baggage and package handling.
• Answers inquiries about hotel services; guest registration; shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
• Maintains equipment in working condition and reports any maintenance issue for repair.
• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.
