Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Upstream/AME Manufacturing Manager for nights to lead a production team in a flexible manufacturing facility, including cell culture operations, driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement on AR30 and AR5 lines.

You will champion a safe, compliant environment, develop a high-performing team, manage resources, and collaborate across functions to meet business objectives, with a night shift pattern of 7PM–7AM on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Manufacturing and Operations experience OR
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of Manufacturing and Operations experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Manufacturing and Operations experience OR
• Master’s degree and 3 years of Manufacturing and Operations experience OR
• Doctorate degree
