Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with manufacturing/operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of manufacturing/operations experience OR
• Associate’s degree with 10 years of manufacturing/operations experience OR
• High school diploma and 12 years of manufacturing/operations experience
• Previous managerial experience directly managing people and/or leading teams

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline manufacturing teams on a 12-hour night shift rotation
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient GMP drug substance production
• Coach staff and drive Lean and continuous improvement on the floor
• Partner with QA, Regulatory, and other functions to resolve issues and implement CAPAs
• Develop staff through coaching, hiring, and mentorship
