Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Front-Line Manager for Night shifts to lead on-the-floor manufacturing operations in a safe, compliant environment. You will coach staff, ensure training and engagement, and drive reliability and efficiency through the OnePlant operating model.

The role requires strong technical ownership, disciplined execution of cGMP, and collaboration with Quality, EHSS, and Process Development. Expect shift pattern 7pm–7am with 2-week rotation and 15% differential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong people leadership and manufacturing operations experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop staff on safety, quality, and performance.
• Experience in cGMP manufacturing and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor manufacturing operations and staff.
• Coach, hire, onboard, and develop manufacturing personnel.
• Define area objectives and coordinate with scheduling for short- and long-term needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster Agile Workforce behaviors and cross-training across AR5 and AR30.
