Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Manager Manufacturing Solution Prep - Nights to lead on-the-floor manufacturing operations, champion safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to coach and develop a diverse team across AR5/AR30 in a 12-hour night shift with a 2-week rotation.

Qualifications

• Minimum manufacturing/operations experience with leadership exposure.
• Experience in cGMP environments and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for front-line teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-the-floor manufacturing operations and staff.
• Coach, hire, onboard, and develop manufacturing personnel.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement and process standardization.
• Coordinate with Quality, EHSS, Facilities, and other functions to ensure targets.
• Build a high-performing, engaged team with strong accountability.
