Amgen's Upstream/AME Manufacturing Manager, Nights leads a team on the manufacturing floor including cell culture operations and Agile Manufacturing Excellence for this shift, operating 7PM–7AM with a seven-day rotation. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while delivering reliable, efficient production across AR30 and AR5.

Qualifications

• Must have experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs, or directing the allocation or resources.
