Qualifications

• Must have a current full valid driver's license.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Self-driven, customer-service oriented, and leadership potential.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Demonstrate alignment with ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages up to 25–50 lbs (up to 100 lbs).
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).

Responsabilités

• Motivating and leading team members.

• Ensuring day-to-day operations are completed.
• Monitoring the effective and efficient daily operations of the Traffic department.
• Communicating internally and externally by phone and email.
• Maintaining files, documents, paperwork and data entry.
• Managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations.
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings.
• Operate a Fastenal vehicle and run truck routes, Non-CDL and/or CDL, as needed.
