Fastenal Co. is recruiting a Product Handling Manager for the Indianapolis, IN Distribution Center. You will supervise the Product Handling department, coordinate scheduling, restock product, and move inventory across the DC, ensuring timely goals and safety compliance.

The role requires leadership experience, proficiency with warehouse systems and MS Office, and a hands-on approach to data-driven improvements. Shift options include morning schedules in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
• Able to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Good math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Proficient computer skills; align to company core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25lbs-50lbs, up to 100lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico, Guam).

Responsabilidades
