The role manages day-to-day operations of the Product Handling department, moving products within the distribution center, and ensuring efficient, accurate workflows to support company branches. The position requires strong communication, leadership, math and safety-focused mindset, with a goal of delivering on-time performance and upholding health and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages 25lbs-50lbs, up to 100lbs.
