Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Full-time Driver (DOT-Class A CDL) for Indianapolis, IN. The role involves delivering from distribution centers to branches and customer sites, unloading at stops, and maintaining equipment, with routes averaging 10–12 stops per shift.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
• DOT compliance knowledge and hours-of-service understanding are required.
• Willingness to drive interstate routes and pass safety screenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor trailer or straight truck with DOT compliance.
• Unload freight at stops using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift.
• Deliver to Fastenal branches and customer sites in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent service, communicate with shipping/receiving, maintain clean equipment and work area.
• Follow safety, health, and sustainability standards and participate in related trainings.
