Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Indianapolis area team. This shift runs Sunday-Thursday 8:30pm-5:30am with overtime as needed, supporting a productive warehouse with hiring, training and development of associates.

You will supervise inbound/outbound activities, ensure inventory accuracy, maintain safety and security, and collaborate with branch management to optimize operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.
• Strong background in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Material Handling Equipment Certification required.
• Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations preferred.
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail and communication skills.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all of its associates.
• Supervise unloading and stocking of inbound shipments and the picking and shipping of outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness with both product and paperwork.
• Ensure warehouse space is used effectively and kept clean and orderly.
• Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed.
• Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to branch management.
