Job summary

Jamf seeks a Technical Customer Support Associate for night shift roles on weekends (Fri–Sun and Polish bank holidays, 8 pm–8 am). This is a full-time, remote position based in Poland with sponsorship to live/work there.

You will diagnose and resolve technical and account issues, respond to customers via chat, email, and phone, and support Jamf product users with first-touch resolution. You will join a technical support team, stay current on product features, participate in ongoing training, and

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is a must (B2/C1).
• Second language in German/Spanish/French/Japanese/Chinese is nice to have.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
• Basic technical knowledge and an aptitude for learning new software systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM and support tools (ServiceNow, Intercom, or similar).
• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting methods and diagnostic tools.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
• Deliver outcomes to customers through diagnosis and resolution of issues and guiding through workflows.
• Ensure requests are handled effectively and escalated when necessary.
• Develop an understanding of Jamf products, features, and best practices.
• Maintain a positive customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay current on new product features, technologies, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve service quality.
