Job summary

Allied Tech is seeking a Night Shift Customer Service Representative. This fully remote role supports 24/7 client coverage with a rotating 5-on/2-off schedule. The Night Shift runs 12:00 AM–8:00 AM CT, with weekends shared across the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication, grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
• Comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries across phone, live chat, and ticketing systems
• Resolving complex cases escalated by Customer Service Representatives
• Troubleshooting both common and uncommon problems and guiding customers to solutions
• Identifying patterns in escalated cases and surfacing insights to leadership
• Documenting interactions accurately within internal systems
• Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality support
• Representing client brands with empathy and professionalism
