Job summary

Contabo is seeking a full-time Technical Support Specialist (L3) to join our Operations team. You will handle 3rd level support, monitor and troubleshoot client IT infrastructure, and provide technical solutions for issues such as server migrations and outages.

You will work across English and German with customers via our ticket system, and you’ll handle night shifts to support colleagues across time zones. Remote or hybrid work options keep you flexible.

Qualifications

• Linux administration (Shell/Terminal) required.
• Strong customer support and server administration experience.
• English language skills mandatory; German knowledge desirable.
• Basic Bash scripting and programming knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 3rd level technical support and 24/7 operations coordination.
• Monitor and troubleshoot customers' IT infrastructure and perform server provisioning.
• Diagnose issues and implement technical solutions for customer concerns.
• Document processes and support night shift coverage with team.
