Haworth in Holland, MI, is seeking a Team Lead to guide distribution/production teams in a fast-paced facility. You’ll coach staff, manage staffing, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time production to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification may be preferred.
• 3 years related experience.
• Military equivalency per Mynextmove.org/vets/find/military

Responsibilities

• Leads production team to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost goals.
• Plans staffing and coaching to ensure customer demand and production schedules.
• Monitors production metrics and maintains team communications.
• Develops annual plans with supervisor and cascades goals to the production team.
• Implements standard work procedures and trains team members accordingly.
• Operates office software and tools used in Haworth environment.
