Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a Team Lead to guide a distribution/production team. You will coach staff to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals while balancing cost and culture in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3 years of related experience, a High School diploma or equivalent, and leadership ability. SAP/APEX experience and bilingual Spanish/English are valued. Growth opportunities and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or equivalent; relevant certification or vocational training may be preferred.
• Work experience: 3 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to attain goals in safety, quality, schedule, and cost through coaching and training.
• Organizes and performs a full range of complex duties in a fast-paced setting.
• Manages staffing to meet customer demand and production schedule.
• Prepares production floor and monitors inventory and downtime to maintain staffing.
• Monitors and predicts flow to respond to production changes.
• Maintains standard work and trains team members.
• Updates production metrics and facilitates team communications.
• Develops annual plans with supervisor and cascades goals to the team.
