Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have High School or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 3 years related experience.
• Military equivalency accepted via mynexmove link.

Responsibilities

• Leads production/distribution team to meet safety, quality, schedule, cost, and environment goals.
• Coaches and trains team members; prioritizes staffing to meet customer demand.
• Maintains production boards and metrics; collaborates with supervisor on annual plan and cascading goals.
