Job summary

Qualifications
- 3 years experience in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Prepares production floor for daily production; monitors and adjusts production based on inventory and downtime.
- Monitors and predicts flow to respond to production changes.
- Maintains standard work and trains team members on standard processes.
- Updates production metrics and facilitates team communications; maintains Team Boards.
- Develops annual plans with supervisor and cascades goals to team members.
- Motivates team to balance production quality with production requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
