Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience working in a team-based manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Holland, MI without relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Leads team to attain goals in Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost, Culture, and Environment by providing effective coaching and training to distribution/production team members.
• Organizes and performs full range of complex duties in fast-paced environment that requires understanding of functions within work cell and policies.
• Works with supervisor and other team leaders to manage staffing assignments to meet customer demand and production schedule.
