Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Team Lead I – Night Shift to supervise a group of assemblers and related roles in a high-volume production environment in San Antonio. The role starts on first shift for training and transitions to the second shift (5:30 PM–4:00 AM, Mon-Thu) with a 10% shift differential as launch approaches in 2027.

The candidate will coach teams, ensure adherence to safety, quality, delivery and cost goals, and actively develop staff using structured training methods while

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in materials, warehouse, or inventory control.
• Alternatively, 2+ years of manufacturing/production experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors and other manufacturing roles.
• Coach for safety, quality, delivery, and cost with accountability.
• Apply KPI dashboards to monitor performance and drive results.
• Lead with 5S standards and maintain organized workspace and housekeeping.
• Train team using the 4-Step Training Method and Train the Trainer approach.
