Job summary

The role emphasizes coaching, adherence to standard work, 5S, and effective use of KPI boards to deliver on-time output

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• Or at least 2 years of manufacturing / production experience.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of assemblers, material handlers, quality inspectors and other manufacturing roles.
• Read and follow work Instructions, position standards and SOPs.
• Coach the team, model safe work behavior and ensure 5S housekeeping.
• Monitor KPI boards and drive performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery and cost priorities are met.
