Job summary
International Motors in San Antonio is expanding its night production shift and seeking a salaried Maintenance Leader to support a growing manufacturing operation. The role requires coordinating a team, planning preventive activities, and ensuring safety and reliability across equipment and processes.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree with maintenance experience or a master’s degree with relevant experience, or 5+ years in maintenance leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of maintenance experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year of maintenance experience OR 5+ years of maintenance experience.
- Experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong track record with preventive maintenance programs and reliability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Maintenance Department operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Develop, track, and manage key maintenance KPIs.
- Monitor downtime and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage maintenance resources within budget and allocate capital as needed.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members.
