Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Tech Liaison I (Night Shift) at the San Antonio plant to support operations, drive root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions to minimize defects.

The role starts on first shift for training, then transitions to second shift with a 10% differential. Candidates must meet minimum manufacturing or materials experience and pass safety requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in materials, warehouse or inventory control.
• Or at least 2 years of manufacturing / production experience.
• Or successful completion of the International STX P&L Office Rotation Program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production and quality standards across shifts.
• Collaborate with engineering on new solutions and product introductions.
• Mentor and train team members in standard work and safety practices.
