Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee structural contractors and crews for the Memphis Data Center. You will direct foundations, concrete slabs, pile systems, steel framing, and seismic bracing, ensuring safety and quality for critical 24/7 operations.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years managing large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction, familiarity with Memphis codes, and a track record of on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on structural work: foundations, concrete, rebar, steel erection, heavy supports.
• Memphis-area codes/regulations familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift structural installations including foundations, formwork, rebar placement, concrete pouring and finishing, steel erection, embeds, equipment supports, and seismic/wind systems.
• Manage and schedule contractors and crews to hit milestones with high quality and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to scope, delivering high-integrity foundations and frameworks for heavy loads.
• Maintain daily logs, as-built docs, and red-line drawings for all structural elements.
• Develop aggressive schedules and keep projects on time and budget.
• Lead and train foremen and crews, fostering teamwork in a mission-critical environment.
• Resolve on-site challenges with focus on structural integrity and code compliance.
• Conduct night-site inspections to verify safety and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare progress reports and risk updates for senior leadership.
