Job summary

SpaceXAI in Memphis, TN is seeking a hands-on Structural Construction Lead to oversee foundations, concrete work, steel framing, and seismic systems for our data center. This full-time onsite role requires relocation and leadership of on-site crews to deliver critical infrastructure for 24/7 operations.

You will coordinate contractors, manage schedules, ensure safety, and maintain rigorous documentation while collaborating with civil, electrical, and mechanical trades to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale projects.
• Hands-on experience with foundations, concrete forming/rebar, steel erection and heavy support systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring, steel erection and seismic/wind systems.
• Schedule and manage contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to scope, safety programs and structural code compliance.
• Maintain daily progress logs, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and manage budgets.
• Lead, train, and supervise foremen and crews in a mission-critical environment.
• Resolve on-site challenges with a focus on structural integrity and coordination.
• Conduct site inspections for regulatory and quality compliance.
• Present progress reports and risk updates to senior leadership.
