You will lead onsite crews, coordinate foundations, concrete work, steel erection, and seismic/wind-resistant systems to support mission-critical operations.

You will manage contractors, enforce safety programs, maintain thorough documentation, and align schedules with project milestones while communicating progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading structural construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in foundations, concrete forming/rebar, steel erection, and heavy support systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete finishing, and steel erection for data centers.
• Coordinate and manage on-site contractors and crews to meet milestones.
• Maintain logs, drawings, and as-built documentation.
• Develop aggressive construction schedules and ensure on-time delivery.
• Enforce safety programs and build a zero-incident culture.
• Communicate progress and risk updates to senior leadership.
