SpaceXAI is building a Memphis Data Center and seeks a hands-on structural leader to oversee foundations, steel, and equipment supports. You will manage contractors, supervise foremen and crews, and ensure work aligns with strict quality and safety standards.

The role is full-time and onsite in Memphis, TN, with potential relocation for additional sites across the US. You will coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical trades to maintain schedules and budgets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in foundations, concrete formwork/rebar, steel erection, heavy support systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring and finishing, structural steel erection, and seismic/wind‑resistant systems.
• Coordinate contractors and onsite crews to hit milestones on time and within SpaceXAI quality standards.
• Maintain logs, as‑built docs, and progress metrics; enforce aggressive schedules and safety programs.
