Qualifications

• 3+ years managing mechanical construction teams on large-scale projects.
• 3+ years hands-on experience in HVAC, piping, cooling infrastructure, and data center mechanicals.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night-shift mechanical installations including piping, HVAC, pumps, and cooling infrastructure.
• Coordinate mechanical contractors, subcontractors, and on-site crews to hit milestones on time and to quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to mechanical scope, safety, and code compliance across the site.
• Maintain logs, red-lines, and as-built docs for all systems.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules and budget controls.
