SpaceXAI in Memphis, Tennessee is seeking a hands-on Structural Construction Leader to oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring, structural steel, and seismic systems for our data center infrastructure. Qualifications

• 3+ years managing structural construction teams on large-scale projects.
• 3+ years hands-on structural work: foundations, forming/rebar, steel erection, heavy supports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or civil/structural engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring and finishing, steel erection, embeds, and seismic/wind systems.
• Manage and schedule contractors and on-site crews to hit milestones with quality and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with scope, delivering high-integrity foundations and frames for heavy electrical/mechanical loads.
• Maintain daily progress logs, red-lines, and as-built documentation for all structural elements.
• Develop and enforce aggressive construction schedules to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Champion and enforce safety programs to maintain a zero-incident culture around excavations, rigging, and heavy operations.
• Lead, train, and supervise foremen and crews, promoting teamwork and accountability.
