Job summary

SpaceXAI seeks a hands-on Structural Construction Lead to oversee foundations, concrete work, steel framing, and seismic systems for a Memphis data center. You will direct on-site crews, drive schedules, manage contractors, and ensure exceptional safety and quality across mission-critical facilities.

The role requires 3+ years leading industrial construction teams, with strong knowledge of IBC/ACI/AISC codes, and experience coordinating multi-trade activities on complex sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading structural construction teams on large industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Hands-on experience with foundations, concrete forming, rebar, steel erection, and heavy supports.
• Strong safety culture and ability to manage on-site risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee foundations, formwork, rebar, concrete pouring, and steel erection for data center structures.
• Schedule and manage contractors to meet milestones within budget and quality standards.
• Maintain logs, red-line drawings, and as-built docs; ensure code compliance and safety.
• Lead foremen and crews; coordinate with civil, electrical, and mechanical trades.
