Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations within a modular cleanroom, ensuring USP 797/800 compliance. Night shift 6:00pm–6:30am with a shift differential and equity.

You will train staff, document procedures, review materials, and collaborate with R&D on scale-up of new compounded sterile preparations, while maintaining safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience.
• Active OH Pharmacist license required.
• Knowledge of USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Ability to lead and train staff; work with compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance on aseptic manipulations and labeling.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks accurately.
• Review materials prior to use and oversee equipment.
• Coordinate with PIC and Sterile Compounding Manager on regulatory matters.
• Support R&D in development and scale-up of new preparations.
