Job summary
Hims & Hers is seeking a Manager of Sterile Operations to oversee sterile compounding in a designated Modular Cleanroom Shift. You will ensure USP 797/800 compliance and act as a subject matter expert while supervising pharmacists and technicians, training staff, and coordinating environmental monitoring with quality and maintenance teams.
The role requires a PharmD, active license, and CSPT (or willingness to obtain).
Qualifications
- PharmD with active license in the relevant state.
- Experience in sterile compounding and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of USP 797/800 requirements.
- Familiarity with state and federal pharmacy laws.
- Proven leadership of pharmacists and technicians.
- CSPT certification or willingness to obtain within year.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sterile compounding in designated cleanroom area.
- Ensure aseptic technique and cleanroom standards are maintained.
- Provide training and supervision to compounding staff.
- Review materials and document compounding procedures.
- Coordinate equipment use and environmental monitoring.
- Lead safety, compliance, and regulatory activities with PIC.
- Support R&D on new sterile prep development.
- Maintain HIPAA and privacy compliance.
