Job summary

Hims, Inc. in Ohio seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations within a modular cleanroom, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 and governing regulations. You will supervise staff and maintain top standards for safety and quality.

Role includes training, QA/QC checks, material review, and coordination with leadership on regulatory matters, with a day shift 6:00am–6:30pm and equity included for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Active Pharmacist license in Ohio.
• Experience with sterile compounding and USP 797/800 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff performing aseptic manipulations and related tasks.
• Perform and document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
• Review materials prior to use in sterile compounding.
• Coordinate with PIC and Sterile Compounding Manager on regulatory matters.
