Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile operations in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800 and related guidelines while supervising staff and maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The role features a night shift 6:00pm-6:30am on a rotating 2-2-3-2 schedule, with shift differential pay and equity opportunities. Applicants must hold an OH license and PharmD or B.Pharm.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience.
• PharmD or B.Pharm from an accredited school.
• Active OH Pharmacist license required.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Train and guide staff in aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks.
