Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding in a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797/800 and applicable guidelines, supervise staff, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 7am–5:30pm. You will train personnel, document procedures, and coordinate with PIC/Manager for regulatory matters. AZ license is required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with sterile compounding experience.
• Experience preparing sterile products from starting materials preferred.
• Active Pharmacist License in AZ required.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities following USP 797/800 guidelines.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Train staff on aseptic manipulations and labeling processes.
• Document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks for sterile products.
• Review materials before use in sterile compounding.
• Oversee equipment used in sterile compounding with maintenance team.
• Monitor cleanroom workflow and environmental logs with QA.
• Collaborate with R&D on scale-up of new sterile products.
• Adhere to safety, USP, BOP, and internal guidelines.
• Wear PPE and follow safety protocols when handling hazardous drugs.
