Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Sterile Compounding Pharmacist to oversee sterile compounding operations inside a modular cleanroom. You will ensure compliance with USP 797 and 800, supervise staff, and maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Day Shift: 6:00am–6:30pm, rotating 2-2-3-2 schedule.

Role includes equity. You will work with R&D and QA to scale new sterile preparations and follow USP, BOP, and internal guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Pharmacist experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in state of Ohio.
• Experience with sterile compounding; prefer starting components non-sterile.
• Proficiency in USP 797 and 800 requirements and best practices.
• Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct sterile compounding activities in compliance with USP 797/800.
• Maintain aseptic technique and cleanroom standards.
• Provide training to staff on aseptic manipulations and presterilization tasks.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks.
• Review materials prior to use in sterile compounding.
• Coordinate equipment use with maintenance team.
• Oversee cleanroom workflow and environmental monitoring.
• Collaborate with R&D on scale-up of new compounds.
• Follow safety guidelines for hazardous drugs and PPE when required.
