Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in supply chain, operations or inventory.
• Experience with automated order fulfillment and WMS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to meet operational and productivity goals.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Prioritize safety initiatives and promote a culture of safety.
• Oversee inbound/outbound, inventory, and returns processes.

• Generate reports on performance for senior management.
