The Operations Supervisor role leads a team to achieve productivity goals while maintaining a positive work environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in supply chain management, experience with WMS, and strong communication skills to coordinate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management.
• Experience with automated order fulfillment systems.
• Experience with WMS and productivity measurements/processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to articulate your position and gain buy-in.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team to meet operational and productivity goals; foster a positive, inclusive environment.
• Conduct daily shift meetings; support staffing and scheduling to meet needs.
• Prioritize and promote safety; conduct regular safety meetings and culture of safety.
• Support area operations including productivity, inventory, orders, and quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs; drive continuous improvement with action plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports; present findings to senior management.
• Track attendance and timekeeping daily; ensure adherence to schedules.
• Work the assigned shift and overtime as needed by business.
