Job summary

Tom Trese Networking LLC in Cedarburg, WI seeks a 3rd Shift Senior Process Control Technician for a high-volume, ISO-like environment in cold-chamber die casting. You will monitor critical process variables, analyze defects, and optimize machine parameters to maximize first-pass yield while ensuring Tier-One quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of tenure at each previous employer.
• 2+ years of process control experience in manufacturing (aluminum die casting preferred).
• Must reside within a 45-minute commute of Cedarburg, WI area.
• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED required; technical diploma/ vocational degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical process variables including melt temps, shot profiles, injection speeds, pressures, cycle times, and die lubrication.
• Perform root-cause analysis on defects such as porosity, cold shuts, soldering and related issues.
• Set up, tune, and validate die casting process parameters for new launches and production runs.
• Create and maintain standardized process setup sheets and instructions for setup techs.
• Collaborate with quality/engineering to run production trials and reduce scrap.
• Review X-ray data and monitor real-time processes to ensure customer specs.
• Coach operators on standardized parameters and best practices.
