VetRamp is seeking a Security Operations Supervisor for the night shift to lead a 24/7 SOC team. You will oversee operations, triage incidents, and coordinate with facilities and tech teams to maintain continuous availability of critical infrastructure.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision, clear communications, and timely decision-making in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. On-site shift work, with some on-call rotation, is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in security operations or similar mission-critical environments.
• Ability to lead operations during incidents or high-pressure situations.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Experience with multiple monitoring systems or dashboards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands and decide quickly.
• Rapidly learn new systems and procedures.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate night-shift SOC activities with continuous coverage.
• Serve as primary escalation point for SOC analysts and incident response.
• Monitor surveillance, access control, dashboards, and logs for anomalies.
• Ensure proper incident triage, documentation, and escalation.
• Conduct proactive threat detection and vulnerability identification.
• Oversee SOC ticket queues and timely resolution of requests.
• Support business continuity and incident recovery during disruptions.
• Coordinate access control management and system audits.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to SOC procedures and escalation protocols.
• Mentor SOC analysts to sustain high performance.
