Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for an Assistant Site Supervisor/Operations to oversee daily security operations for a high-profile client. You will guide the security team, enforce procedures, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to maintain safety and compliance.

The role emphasizes supervision, risk assessment, and operational excellence, with 10PM-6AM shifts on select days. Full-time benefits follow orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of professional security experience.
• Robust leadership and supervision skills, able to inspire and manage teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in security contexts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Knowledge of security principles, risk assessment, and emergency planning.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, C-Cure, Avigilon, WinTeam, Heliaus and D3 reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security team operations and assist with administrative duties.
• Oversee and become SME in refinery camera and access control systems.
• Be a member of the Site Supervision Management Team.
• Develop and enforce security policies to protect assets.
• Conduct risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to incidents.
• Coordinate with Senior Security Advisor/Manager.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, reporting and other admin tasks.
• Investigate incidents and prepare improvement reports.
• Collaborate across departments to embed security in operations and events.
• Keep up-to-date with security trends and technologies.
• Cross-train administrative supervisor duties.
