Job summary

RadNet, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Security Officer to safeguard personnel, property and assets. The role oversees CCTV, access control, dispatch, and physical surveillance while leading peers on the assigned shift and coordinating daily safety tasks.

You will communicate daily briefings, document incidents, and work with HR and the EHSS Director to enforce policies. The position requires a flexible night schedule (8:00pm–4:00am, five days) and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Require professional demeanor and excellent communication with all levels of staff and external contacts.
• Ability to produce accurate, concise incident and safety reports for review by executives and authorities.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and remain composed amid distractions; multitasking is essential.
• DPSST certification within 30 days of hire (Oregon) or state-specific security training.
• Must be able to work a variable schedule with possible overtime.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• This role is security and safety sensitive and requires drug screening, background check and driving record review.
• Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
• Physical requirements include extensive walking, running, climbing, lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, driving, and exposure to varying environments.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard personnel, property and assets through CCTV monitoring, access control, dispatch operations and physical surveillance.
• Lead peers within the assigned shift and coordinate daily safety tasks and briefings.
• Document incidents involving employees, products or assets and report to EHSS Director.
• Collaborate with HR and EHSS to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Manage badge access program and key distribution for campus.
• Provide safety, security and fire safety support, incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Perform general safety and security inspections and assist with maintenance audits.
• Investigate security improvement suggestions and assist in implementing changes.
• Respond to emergencies, including medical incidents, burglar and fire alarms on and off campus.
• Provide emergency medical response (First Aid/CPR) and support lobby operations as needed.
