Constellation Energy Corporation in the United States is seeking a Supervisor for the Security Operations Center to oversee daily SOC operations, supervise staff, and ensure rapid response to security incidents across cyber and physical domains.

This role manages SOC policy, incident reporting, training, and quality control, with rotating day/evening shifts and on-call coverage to maintain 24/7 readiness in a critical infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of security supervisory/management experience or equivalent.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC/desktop applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Ability to work under high stress in dynamic environments.
• Ability to assess and respond to life safety and security incidents.
• Experience with SOC policies, procedures, and NERC CIP/compliance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Daily supervision/management of SOC, conduct performance evaluations of SOC Operators.
• Update SOC policy and procedures.
• Conduct security incident report quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinate new operator applicant assessments and interviews.
• Maintain SOC Operator training, proficiency, and performance records.
• Review collected SOC alarm/call metrics.
• Onboard/train new SOC Operators Perform SOC Operator scheduling.
