Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in maintenance or related field is a plus.
• Track record as maintenance technician or similar role.

• Experience using powered and non-powered hand tools.
• Solid grounding in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfort working independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on robotic and MHE subsystems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on conveyors, motors, sensors, relays, and controls.
• Install, upkeep, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement lasting fixes.
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, parts, and maintenance histories.
• Coordinate with teammates to maintain a safe, productive environment.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulations.
