Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Maintenance Technician on 3rd shift (10:00pm – 6:30am, Mon-Fri) to maintain and troubleshoot conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment. The role requires standing, lifting up to 75 lbs, and willingness to work overtime.

You will use a CMMS system to document work and support facility projects across a large distribution environment. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 3 years of repair experience on complex machinery, and basic

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Basic skills in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel and PLC troubleshooting.
Willing to travel up to 10% for business purposes (in-state and out-of-state).

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics, and related equipment.
Troubleshoot out-of-service equipment and escalate to leadership as needed.
Document work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC, and other systems.
Analyze downtime causes and perform root-cause analysis; assist others as needed.
Assist with facility projects such as lighting, doors, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
