Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our fulfillment operations running smoothly. You will diagnose and repair conveyors, sortation equipment, and building systems, applying PLC/VFD knowledge and safety best practices to minimize downtime.

You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to prioritize repairs, perform preventive maintenance, and uphold a safe, high‑performing environment in a fast‑paced fulfillment center.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience or education in material handling equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems from blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs; safety‑minded and independent.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and repairs on conveyors and building systems.
• Diagnose issues using drawings and diagnostic tools; collaborate with ops teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain safety standards and operate ladders/aerial lifts as required.
• Prioritize repairs to align with throughput goals and high‑volume periods.
• Apply data/AI insights to improve maintenance efficiency and reliability.
